CHARLIE HOLIDAY white 100% cotton blouse in a lightweight textured double-gauze fabric. Relaxed tiered shape with a V-neckline, dropped shoulders and voluminous balloon sleeves. Pintuck bands through the sleeves add a nice bit of detail, with elasticated cuffs and a softly gathered lower tier.
