Returns Policy
Im sorry but I don’t offer an exchange policy for changes of mind or if items don’t fit etc. Therefore I urge you to ask any questions regarding sizes, composition etc before buying to avoid disappointment. I supply measurements on all items, please compare these to items you own that fit the way you like.
However, I do offer refunds or repairs on faulty items when the fault hadn’t been disclosed prior to sale.

Consumer Guarantees Act says products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.
If a product has a minor fault, the retailer can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.
But if the fault is major, it’s your choice whether you opt for a replacement or refund. A major fault means a reasonable consumer wouldn't have bought the product if they'd known about the problem.
You don't have the right to return goods simply because you've changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.
