Beautiful blue and white floral dress by BILLY J with a deep V neckline, heavily shirred bodice and back, softly puffed sleeves and a really full tiered skirt. The fabric has a subtle crinkled texture and the combination of cobalt, softer blues and white makes the print feel really fresh.

Measurements: Length 91cm.  Armpit-armpit 53-63cm.

Composition: 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Lining: rayon.
